1. What you get when you buy
A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run DocMask on the number of devices stated on your invoice (Personal = 1 device, Business = your contracted seat count). Your licence stays valid forever; you only stop receiving free updates one year after the purchase date.
2. Free trial & refund
- 14-day free trial with full functionality, no credit card, no account.
- 7-day no-questions-asked refund from the moment we issue your licence token. Email hi@docmask.app with your order number; we refund within 24 hours.
- After day 7 we may still issue good-faith refunds on a case-by-case basis (e.g. genuine product defects).
3. What you may NOT do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or licence notice.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer your licence token or activation credentials. Each token is bound to one device; sharing a token is a material breach.
- Use DocMask to process data you do not have lawful authority to process.
4. Your data is yours
Documents you redact, restored answers, mapping vaults, custom rules and templates remain entirely yours. DocMask does not transmit document content, mapping content or any user-generated content over the network. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Updates and support
- Personal: 1 year of free minor & patch updates from purchase date. Major-version upgrades may be paid.
- Business: as negotiated in your contract.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
DocMask is provided "AS IS". We make no warranty that detection rules will catch every possible piece of personal data — you are responsible for reviewing redacted output before sharing it with any third party (including any AI service). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to DocMask is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms (notably section 3). On termination you must uninstall DocMask. Sections 4, 6 and 8 survive termination.
8. Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules). Disputes are submitted to the courts of the seller's domicile, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "Effective from" line above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for paying customers, by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

1. 购买后你获得什么
你获得一项永久、非独占、不可转让的许可，可在订单上写明的设备数量上安装并运行 DocMask（个人版 = 1 台，企业版 = 合同约定的席位数）。许可永久有效；自购买日起 1 年后停止免费小版本与补丁升级。
2. 免费试用与退款
- 14 天免费试用，全功能开放，无需绑卡或注册。
- 自我们签发 license token 起 7 天内，可申请无理由全额退款。把订单号发到 hi@docmask.app，24 小时内退款到原账户。
- 超过 7 天的退款请求，我们仍会按个案处理（例如确实存在的产品缺陷）。
3. 你不可以做的事
- 反向工程、反编译、反汇编 DocMask，或以其他方式试图提取源代码，除非适用法律明确允许。
- 移除或修改任何版权、商标或许可声明。
- 转售、再许可、出租，或以其他方式转让你的 license token 或激活凭据。每个 token 绑定一台设备；共享 token 视为重大违约。
- 使用 DocMask 处理你没有合法授权处理的数据。
4. 你的数据归你所有
你脱敏的文档、还原后的内容、映射 vault、自定义规则与模板，所有权完全归你。DocMask 不会通过网络传输任何文档内容、映射内容或用户生成的内容。详见 隐私政策。
5. 升级与支持
- 个人版：自购买日起 1 年内免费获得小版本与补丁升级。大版本升级可能收费。
- 企业版：以合同约定为准。
- 邮件支持：hi@docmask.app（一般问题）/ bd@docmask.app（销售与开票）。
6. 免责声明与责任限制
DocMask 按"现状"提供。我们不保证检测规则能识别每一种可能的个人信息——你有责任在把脱敏结果分享给任何第三方（包括任何 AI 服务）之前进行复核。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们因 DocMask 引起或与之相关的任何索赔的累计责任，以索赔发生前 12 个月内你向我们支付的金额为上限。
7. 终止
如果你严重违反本条款（特别是第 3 条），我们可终止你的许可。终止后你必须卸载 DocMask。第 4、6、8 条在终止后仍然有效。
8. 适用法律与管辖
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括其冲突法规则）。如有争议，提交至卖方住所地法院解决，但你所在司法辖区强制性消费者保护法另有规定的除外。
9. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款；上方的"自 X 起生效"始终反映当前版本。重大变更将在本页面公告，并对付费用户至少提前 14 天通过邮件通知。
